Draft Wesley Clark Campaign Opens New York Office, “Broadway Gets Four More Stars;” Joins National HQ in Washington DC, Supports Other Locales

(Washington, DC), August 12, 2003- DraftWesleyClark.com, the campaign to draft former General Wesley Clark for President, today announced that it has opened a new office in New York City, at 594 Broadway. The NY locale will complement the efforts of the current, national headquarters in Washington, DC, and help to support the local Clark chapters sprouting up across the nation.

“Ever since DraftWesleyClark.com launched, New York City has provided tremendous support, volunteer energy, and creative brainpower to this effort,” said Josh Margulies, co-leader of the effort. “As we continue to roll out this effort across America, it’s only natural that New York be our next stop.”

The office is located at 594 Broadway, Suite 1010 (between Prince and Houston).

“There have been a lot of stars on Broadway, but Wesley Clark adds four more in one fell swoop,” said Maya Israel, a leader of the DraftWesleyClark.com effort and New York resident. “If General Clark does indeed decide to jump into the race, the Big Apple will be behind him.”
